Here’s a breakdown of each level and what you will learn.
Level 1: Reiki I – The Foundation of Healing
Introduction to Reiki Energy
In Reiki Level 1, you will be introduced to the fundamentals of energy healing. This is where your journey begins, as you learn how to tap into the universal life force energy and apply it to promote physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
What You Will Learn:
Basic Hand Positions: You will learn the foundational hand positions used to channel healing energy to yourself and others.
Self-Healing Techniques: Reiki I teaches you how to use Reiki on yourself to clear blockages, reduce stress, and promote health.
The Power Symbol – Cho Ku Rei: The Cho Ku Rei is the first symbol taught in Reiki and is known as the “Power Symbol.” It is used to amplify the flow of Reiki energy, increase its potency, and protect the healer and recipient.
How to Use Cho Ku Rei: This symbol is drawn to focus and intensify the energy flow, especially during healing sessions. It can also be used for protection by placing it around yourself or others.

The student receives four attunements, given over two days. This activates the energy and opens the healing centres in the hands. The student also receives the first symbol. The first symbol activates and turns on the energy. This is where you learn to ground and run the Reiki Energy for meditation and self healing.
Level 2: Reiki II – Mental, Emotional, and Distant Healing
Deepening Your Reiki Practice
In Reiki Level 2, you are introduced to 2 new symbols that allow you to work on mental, emotional, and distant healing. This level also marks the point where you can begin sending Reiki energy beyond your physical presence, allowing you to heal people anywhere, anytime.
What You Will Learn:
Mental/Emotional Healing Symbol – Sei He Ki: The Sei He Ki symbol is used to address mental and emotional imbalances. It helps release negative thought patterns, heal emotional trauma, and restore mental clarity.
How to Use Sei He Ki: This symbol is particularly helpful for healing emotional wounds or releasing blockages from past experiences. It can be drawn over the body or used in meditation to clear emotional distress.
Distant Healing Symbol – Hon Sha Ze Sho Nen: The Hon Sha Ze Sho Nen symbol is used to send Reiki energy across time and space, making it possible to heal people or situations at a distance. It transcends time, allowing you to send healing energy to anyone, anywhere.
How to Use Hon Sha Ze Sho Nen: When drawn, this symbol connects the practitioner with the recipient’s energy field, enabling you to transmit healing energy over great distances, even if they are not physically present.

The Student receives a further four attunements and two new symbols over two days (with this comes a tremendous increase in the energy). The second symbol is specifically for aligning the heart, throat, brow and crow chakras for emotional healing. It is also helpful in releasing stress. The third symbol is for distance healing. Helping to heal the effects of the past, present and future.
Level 3: Reiki III – Spiritual Healing and Mastery
The Path to Spiritual Healing
Reiki Level 3 is the Spiritual Healing Level, where you are introduced to the most powerful symbols for spiritual healing and chakra balancing. At this level, you deepen your understanding of Reiki and enhance your ability to heal on a deep, spiritual level.
What You Will Learn:
Spiritual Healing and Chakra Balancing Symbol – Dai Ko Myo: The Dai Ko Myo is the symbol of spiritual enlightenment and the highest form of Reiki energy. It is used for deep spiritual healing, to clear major blockages, and to restore balance in the chakra system.
How to Use Dai Ko Myo: This symbol is particularly effective for addressing deep emotional or spiritual wounds. It helps align your chakras and remove any energy blocks that hinder your spiritual growth.

Level 4: Reiki Master – Grounding and Removing Energy Blocks
Mastering Energy Healing
Reiki Master level is where you begin to work with the highest forms of energy, learning advanced techniques for clearing energy blocks and grounding yourself and others. This level focuses on strengthening your ability to channel Reiki energy with complete precision and intention.
What You Will Learn:
The Master Symbol – Raku: The Raku symbol is used to ground energy and remove blockages that may remain after a healing session. It is also used to seal the energy at the end of a session, ensuring that all healing work is complete and balanced.
- How to Use Raku: After a healing session, the Raku symbol is drawn to release any excess energy and ensure that the recipient is fully grounded and balanced. It also helps clear residual negative or unbalanced energy.

Level 5: Reiki Master Teacher – Teaching the Next Generation of Healers
Passing on the Gift of Reiki
Reiki Master Teacher level is the pinnacle of the Reiki journey. This level enables you to teach Reiki to others and pass on the attunements to new students. It’s a step of deep commitment, where you not only refine your healing abilities but also learn how to guide others on their own Reiki path.
What You Will Learn:
How to Teach Reiki: You will learn the process of teaching Reiki to others, including how to pass on the attunements, how to explain Reiki concepts, and how to create a supportive environment for new students.
Attunements: Learn the sacred process of attuning students to Reiki, enabling them to connect with the energy and begin their own healing journey.
Benefits of Master Teacher Level:

You receive the final two attunements and the fifth (master) symbol. With this symbol a master teacher can now not only teach Reiki to others but can give Reiki attunements to other and make other Reiki Masters. A journey well worth the experience.

We will Provide…
These workshop include water, tea and coffee, lunch, and an in-depth workbook for each student. These workshops are primarily held on the Gold Coast, and may be available in other areas as requested and booked according to numbers enrolled.
We will do our best to accommodate your dietary requirements, however if you have specific needs feel free to bring your own food and drink bottle.

Upon completion of this workshop you will receive a Certificate of Achievement. Workshop classes are kept small so students are able to really enjoy and get the most out of this personal and interactive learning experience. Payments can be made through our payment portal and must be confirmed at least one week before the workshop. Workshops booked inside the last week before the due date will be at the full price.
